My Mother and I were on a mini vacation in North Carolina last month when Mom had to be hospitalized. We chartered Air Ambulance Worldwide to get us home to Florida. The process was as efficient as could be and the crew sent to pick her up in Charlotte was the best in ensuring her comfort for the flight home. A stressful event became less stressful every minute from the time the crew arrived to take Mom from her hospital bed in Charlotte to leaving her with us at her rehabilitation bed in Naples. Keep up the great work folks and Kudos to our crew David, Christopher, Alane, and Dusty for keeping Mom safe and comfortable throughout our journey!

First of all I don't post reviews, this is my first, but I really think that this could help you decide on Air Ambulance Worldwide and ultimately hook you up with a company that will absotlluely take care of you. My wife tested positive for covid while we were out of the country (US). As you can imagine it was a little scary at the time and we weren't quite sure what to do to get us home. We called a friend who recommended Air Ambulance and wow were we lucky she did. I can't stress enough how smooth and stress free the process went. After initially calling Air Ambulance and explaining our situation, they calmly and thoroughly exlpained what they would do for us. They covered everything and within an hour or so we had a complete itinerary for a flight the very next day! They handled everything including transpotation to the airport and navigated all of the related local laws, fees, etc. (we were in Columbia). Their timing was perfect. The transporation to the airport arrived right on time, the plane pulled up as we did and they handled immigration and then welcomed us aboard. I really felt like the calvary had arrived and knew we were in good hands. The flight was smooth and the crew were professional and very friendly / assuring. We love to travel and if we end up in another situation like this, we will call Air Ambulance Worldwide right away. Thank you to the Air Ambulance team!

My wife had a hip fracture in Dominican republic. She and I got stuck in a hospital in Punta Cana. She needed urgent surgery in US. After endless and useless calls to my travel insurance I decided to call Air Ambulance. They did amazing job. From the moment I contacted them to the time when my wife was brought to the hospital in Brooklyn, NY everything works like Swiss clock. I reached Mike on Monday morning. He understood how desperate I was after 3 days trying to get help from my travel insurance. Shortly after that I received quote and schedule for next day transfer my wife to US. The crew was very friendly and professional. They made our trip as comfortable as possible. Pilots Chris and Providence, medical team Jon and David .I cannot thank enough them and Mike to make it happen. Next day the surgery was done

This company is very professional, friendly, and caring from the first contact all the way to the admitting facility in the US. Our family member received excellent care. They also assisted those of us waiting with regular updates on flight stops and the status of our loved one. The entire staff showed patience answering all of our questions and concerns. They instilled in us the confidence that our loved one would be back in the US well cared for. We thought getting an air ambulance would be difficult it was not because they made it easy. Our family would recommend them to anyone who needed this service. They made a complex crisis situation for our family manageable. There are not words to express the relief we felt when we met the ambulance at the hospital made possible by their hard work.

I highly recommend this company's services. I was impressed with the professional level of care and competency of all their personnel who came to pick up my friend at a hospital in Cancun, Mexico, while we were on vacation there. I was instantly reassured and comforted by their presence as they entered the hospital room with their take charge demeanor. The Nurse made sure she had all proper meds necessary to travel as well as all medical reports and x-rays to bring back to the US. They were very caring and attentive to the patient's needs, constantly checking her comfort and pain levels throughout the entire pick up process on land and air. Ambulance and transport plane had necessary equipment and medication for the patient. Once patient was attended to, they also made sure that I was comfortable. I was able to semi stretch out in the back seat next to a pile of blankets and sheets. I'm a small person so it worked out ok for me but for a bigger sized passenger, not so comfortable. But then I'm not the patient, so that didn't matter much to me. Flight was smooth and fast, we got to our destination in 3hrs as scheduled. Upon arrival at our destination, local ambulance was ready to receive us. Fortunately, customs officers were available to clear us through and we were en-route to the hospital within 20 minutes after landing. Receiving hospital was also ready for our arrival, not sure if that was this company's doing or coordination from our contact. All in all, from Mexico to home, it was a pleasant and drama free experience. Thank you Air Ambulance for such a comforting experience and taking such good care of my friend. They worked with family members to help with payment transaction details. Dena and Ben were fantastic, attentive and caring to the patient, what an awesome team. I hope not to have to use your services anytime soon but if I did, I know which company I would go to for help.
