9 months agoThey don't give you enough time to study for the blueprint test and they just fired you if you don't pass the test. Don't let you see what you miss and so you can study on that area of the test so you can be ready to take it again. Were Adults not high school or college. If you get fired you got wait a year to get rehired. It's been hard for me and getting fired from Spirit makes it harder when it doesn't get easier.

a year agoWorst place I've ever worked. They expect you to slam parts together at a million miles an hour and if you don't move at their rate of speed they just fire you. To all the contractors thinking about working here, just stay where you are. This place is not worth the back pain and headache. Work 7 days a week and if you take the weekend off you're no good to them. Spirit Aerosystems need to slow it down and keep aviation safe.
