3 weeks agoDisgusting money grabbing company. My brother passed away and they tried to bully me into paying for the outstanding amount for a period of cover after he had passed away. These people must get a kick out of making people miserable when they are already suffering a bereavement. Never will I ever insure with this company that is so insensitive. I suggest they take him to the bailiff to recover the amount outstanding. He is buried in Hither Green cemetery.

a year ago93 year old Motability driver insured with RSA Royal Sun Alliance, lost control of their car; drove through the middle of my driveway wall destroying it 7 months ago. I claimed £15,500 as the entire wall needs re-building; RSA offered just £1600 to patch up the wall with new bricks which will not match the rest of the wall, as they say the remaining wall is 'Fair Wear & Tear'! Still waiting for them to pay me - the Innocent party. A bunch of crooks - steer clear of this awful company.

8 months agoThis is the second time I ever dealt with them as a Motability customer and they honestly couldn’t turn make my experience any worse. Avoid this fraudsters at all costs. Every single of their representatives over the phone will tell you something completely different and they all contradicting their previous stories. Been told to wait at home for an hour or 2 to send their mobile mechanic to fix the car, been 9 hours and no one turned up. Every time I call them, someone random pick up the phone and try to feed some rubbish and nonsense information. One representative told me they will turn up in 3 hours, I call again after an hour and the other representative told me the job has been cancelled. Then I called again and they told me there are already by my address then at the end their manager told me that non of the information that I have been given was correct. They have no sympathy whatsoever and they come across as the most heartless, careless, pathetic and all sound like a robot reading out some info from a note in front of them. Honestly, the regulators need to check this company and take this useless company down asap

4 months agoDon't use this company still waiting for repairs 4 months after a fire. Everything is black from the fire and they still expect us to use the room eve with a 1 & 2 year old.
