a year agoThe worst company I’ve ever dealt with. There driver was at fault and has wrote my trailer and van off. Lorry hit me at 30mph and they still don’t have to decency to reply to my initial email (3 weeks ago) to respond to get this sorted! Sent 8 emails asking for an update and not had one reply! Never ever use this as your insurer

2 years agoTheir driver crashed into our vehicle at 40mph, admitted liability in full at the time and following to our insurance company. Now they don't want to pay out anything or provide a replacement vehicle for the one they wrote off. Spoke to their claims handler directly, promised one thing (replacement vehicle and progression of case) only for an email 1hour later contradicting this and refusing to review the case.

5 years agoInsurance Company for Solicitors Professional Negligence. They spent over £40,000 defending an obviously guilty solicitor when the case could have settled for £20,000. No wonder premiums are expensive.

2 years agoVery very racist menager m, special treatment for familiar people, British priwelich, this company unfortunately does not employ people of color, only one African American at the reception desk, which is sad. Higly do not recommends this company !!!
