a week agoIncredible experience with Westair in Blackpool, ended up having terrific weather but the welcome was excellent, a lovely waiting area to chill out and relax ahead of the flight and then. My instructor Mike was absolutely brilliant. Really amazing experience to take to the skies and experience Blackpool from above, the tower, the pleasure beach and the flight over the Irish Sea just made for a once in a lifetime experience

a month agoHad a Gift voucher from Virgin which I chose to use at Blackpool Westair - it was really enjoyable and the inbstructor Chris was very helpful - we cruised at 3000 feet past Fleetwood / Heysham Power station / Morecambe bay at little near Arnside - could see the South Lakes inc Windermere .I would highly reccomend this School and route - the extended lesson voucher is around 40 minutes

2 months agoHad a trial flying lesson with instructor Garry Mitchell on Sat 13th July. The whole team were fantastic and very helpful, good facilities for anyone waiting with an external viewing area and snack bar. Garry was brilliant and I done much more actual flying than I thought, great experience thanks Westair : Would highly recommend.

a year agoMark the instructor were absolutely brilliant. Got a bit longer then my half hour due to a touch and go at the airfield . Definitely recommend. And I am counting this as my first lesson.
