7 months agoWhat a fantastic experience. Anniversary gift of 30 minute flight. Original session was cancelled due to bad weather but the guys at Flynqy did everything possible to fit me into the schedule as we were here on holiday for a week. Ended up with perfect flying conditions. Zara and Marshall were really friendly and professional, made me feel totally at ease. Flying time was superb, Marshall is obviously a master at his trade and allowed me to get involved as much as possible during the flight. He is very knowledgeable about the area too so made the flight even more enjoyable and interesting (flying over Trevose head was great!) All in all, an absolutely brilliant experience and can’t wait to book again. Thanks Flynqy!

a year agoThe friendliest flight school I've ever been to. I regularly fly to Newquay and have always been made very welcome. They also helped me renew my SEP with a very nice flight to the Isles of Scilly. Whether you are flying to Cornwall, taking a pleasure flight, or learning to fly then Flynqy is the best place I could possibly recommend.

2 months agoWhat an amazing flight school. Zara is so organised, Marshall is very patient, Mark very knowledgeable and Matt very helpful and clear. Couldn't have picked a better flight school for my training. Really enjoying it and thoroughly recommend it. I'm doing it intensely, flying twice a day and also studying. They couldn't have been more supportive.

2 months agoEdit: I am not going to risk another expense only to be told it is cancelled AGAIN. I stand by my review, as I have been cancelled on twice and haven't received any compensation. Extending a bad experience won't make up for the disappointment I have. I have had a terrible experience with the company, leaving me almost a £1000 worse off, and I didn't even get the experience I paid for. We drove down to Cornwall in March, and I was told the day before that I won't be able to go on the 2-passenger experience because the plane was due for its annual maintenance. So I booked the 1 passenger experience, and my wife was going to wait at the airport (with the promise of 10 minutes extra flight time). Then, on the day of the flight, I was told that "due to bad weather," I could not do the experience, and I'll have to reschedule because they do not offer refunds. Round 2, I came down in May, again costing me money in accommodation and fuel. Only to be told again "due to bad weather" I couldn't fly on that day, and was later given a list of dates to reschedule. Round 3, I tried to point out that I can't keep spending money and that I'd like a refund, as the issues were no fault of my own. Only to be told that as it is now June, it is over the 12 months (literally 13 months). I'm not entitled to the refund. The company has cost me too much money for nothing but an upsetting experience. I do not recommend taking a chance with FLYNQY!
