a year agoAbsolutely amazing, they gave us a fantastic welcome, very friendly, very helpful, helped us every step of the way on the day to make it a fantastic memory, This is an amazing experience and one you should try, or even have flying lessons, all qualified, and a cafe is being prepared ready to open soon, acrobatic air display pilots use it as thier base as well as the airfield being used in some films. Give one of thier flight experiences a go, you will love it.

3 months agoBought a voucher through a charity auction and the company have completely ignored all emails, online bookings and Whatsapps to honour the voucher for months and months. Thought I was the only one but upon reading the reviews, it’s clearly not uncommon. Avoid.

8 months agoI bought a voucher as a Christmas present for my kid and got no flight. Horrible and frustrating experience. I purchased a voucher on 16 December 2023. They mentioned that the voucher would arrive by post - it didn't. Instead I got a broken email message that showed gibberish in Gmail on Android. I had to recover the message by trying to view its source on PC to retrieve the voucher number and information. I managed to do this and decided to wait for the voucher by post. It didn't come after 2 weeks so I decided to go ahead with instructions from the email to book the flight. On 5th January I went to their website, as instructed, and filled the form to arrange the flight. After submitting the form there was no confirmation from them that they received my request. I was waiting until 17 January before I started trying to contact them by email, phone, Facebook - no reply. This got me really frustrated so I started suspecting that I was scammed. Went to read reviews and discovered that people complained about a similar situation - Cambrian Flying club takes customers money and disappears. So I contacted my bank and got a charge-back. I really hope the Cambrian Flying club will fix their communications with customers and apologize for the trouble they caused.

a year agoDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My mother purchased a 4 seater flight experience for my graduation at a cost of circa £300. The company are impossible to contact (20+ unanswered emails and 50 plus unanswered calls). They have taken so long to reply that my voucher has expired. Extremely poor management. My next step is the Ombudsman unfortunately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
