2 weeks agoHaving contacted field and fisher to help deal with a personal injury case I was appointed Marcos Eleftheriou to carry out an investigation and deal with what was to me a very personal, serious matter. Having dealt with various different solicitors over the past few years with other family matters I can honestly say Marcos is the first person I honestly felt and believe had my best interests at heart , start to finish I took his advice knowing that what he said or did was going to be the best option for myself , he listened , gave me good advice , and took a lot of stress out of my hands in what I can only describe as a very professional but caring manner. I’ve dealt with several different law firms in recent years and observed a wide range in levels of customer service, effectiveness and value for money. Hence, I can reliably state that Fieldfisher is the most effective and assured law firm I have used, and its services are delivered promptly and cost effectively, and with compassion and empathy. I thoroughly recommend Fieldfisher and specifically Francesca Krauze whose direct yet still highly personable manner saves so much time in communications. Francesca worked diligently and effectively to deliver a highly favourable outcome that far exceeded my initial expectations and did so with minimal input from me. Francesca gave frank and unfiltered advice and didn’t ’fence sit’ like other solicitors I’ve experienced, which enabled quick and informed decision making about the case.
