From a recruitment standpoint, I strongly recommend exercising caution when considering this company. Throughout the extensive six-stage evaluation process, which consisted two tests, four stages with International SOS and two stages with their recruitment agency, I participated in two on-site meetings, one of which included a presentation. While my valuable ideas seemed to be acknowledged initially, unfortunately, my time was ultimately wasted as I received no detailed feedback. I was informed that the company had made changes to the role and budget and opted to hire internally instead. As a senior leader undergoing a rigorous process, I did not receive the expected level of empathy. The company's unethical practices throughout the recruitment procedure are evident, and I firmly discourage any involvement with them.
