4 months agoBecause of business trips, I have been to Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport many times. This airport is not big, so it is very convenient and fast. In fact, it is an airport shared by France and Switzerland. There are two customs here, one is the French customs, which is on the second floor of the airport, and the other is the Swiss customs, which is on the first floor of the airport. If you go here from the city of Basel, you can take the bus or the train, but if it rains, you may need to leave earlier because the road may become very congested, which may cause you to miss your flight.

a month agoA nice and clean airport, but can be confusing to navigate. Be sure to know what country you need to exit from when organising an airport shuttle! Unfortunately our flight was cancelled during our stay, but the staff was incredibly nice and helped us out as much as they could. The lounge was a bit of a flop, but that's for the other review.

5 months agoIt is located inside France and serves 2 xointries. After crossing the passport control, there are 2 exits, one for France and the second for Basel, Switzerland. It is connected to Basel by Shuttle no 50, which is available hours. It contains an amazing lounge. There is a nice kids area and duty-free.

a month agoModern airport, easy to access from the city by bus. Good range of destinations with easyJet and Wizz Air, a good option for those looking for a cheaper way to get to Zurich.

in the last weekQuite basic. Lacks adequate support staff. Otherwise a pretty nice normal airport. Bathrooms are exceptional.
