It is located inside France and serves 2 xointries. After crossing the passport control, there are 2 exits, one for France and the second for Basel, Switzerland. It is connected to Basel by Shuttle no 50, which is available hours. It contains an amazing lounge. There is a nice kids area and duty-free.

Along country borders, this smaller airport services France, Switzerland, and Germany. With clear signage, it’s easier to navigate. There are places to eat inside and even game areas for kids. There’s short term and long term parking nearby. It’s easier to fix now, but know which exit to depart from- the Swiss or French side.

The Euro Airport Basel, Mulhouse, Freiburg is a small international airport serving three countries. Its open design promotes a nice and calm atmosphere. There is comparatively cheap options to buy food and it is overall clean. Check-in counters only open shortly before the flight which means that even if you theoretically have access to a VIP lounge, you will still have to wait for the backdrop first as the lounges are located after Immigration. There is no automated bag drop or check-in machines.

First time at the airport and my flight has been delayed It’s very tiny, there are missing sources of electricity in order to charge phones or laptops. This international airport doesn’t have many seats and people have to sit all around on the floor. Security check was quick in my case.

Nice, tidy and tiny airport. Lower rating for the below reasons 1. Confusing between which side to enter and exit. It's straddled between France, Germany and Swiss. 2. 2 Immigration and customs. 1 for French side and other for swiss. 3. Not many eateries (certainly not spoilt for choices) 4. Rates are expensive at the only cafe and restaurant. I presume that's the way it is anywhere in swiss. 5. Could have better directions if didn't want to pay a lot of staff. Guidance for directions could be greatly improved for better user experience
