2 months agoI placed an order in May for 8 each of an item. Nothing referenced special order or non-cancelable and non-returnable. Nothing on the item when looked up on thier website, nothing shown on my order prior to pressing the order button, nothing on my order acknowledgement. All which are shown in the attached photo. This order showed availability 5/15, was then pushed to 7/12, it was then pushed to 7/29, was then pushed out to 8/13. I requested that this be expedited as I had been waiting so long for this product. I am now told that only 2 each will be available on 8/13 and the 6 each balance is now pushed put to mid-October. At that point I requested this be canceled. I was told NO as you can see from the attached photo. There is no record of ever being made aware of this being a special order item or that is is non cancelable and non returnable. In the attached photo you can see my order acknowledgement showing (5) available as of 5/15 (with no mention of this being a special order or non-cancelable and non-returnable). You can see it pushed to July. They didn't notify me of this change. I found it on my own by continuing to check on my order. You can see that my open order shows on thier website with the 8/13 confirmed date (for my full quantity of 8 each). This is all as of today 8/2/24. You can see from looking up the item number on thier website that there is no mention of this item being a special order or that it is non-cancelable and non-returnable. I did call the 800 # to see if I could actually speak with a person (instead of email only). I was informed by customer service on the phone that there is only customer service not a manager I can speak with but I could give them my information and order number.

6 months agoAtrocious. Biggest joke of a company. On multiple occasions I have been charged a $250 AOG fee for them to pull my part ASAP, but the on-call workers won't actually answer the phone and go pull my part. They'll take your $250 and leave you without the part you need.

2 years agoNot sure if its just the customer service dept or if these folks work in the Dallas facility, but it has been impossible to get a straight answer on the status of our orders. Delivery dates get pushed back with little reasoning, parts come in expired, communication takes awhile...its strange because these guys used to be great but something happened around January where they just tanked. Not sure if they had some organizational mix ups or what but it certainly isnt working.
