2, less than 3 month old, semi truck steer tires fail within 2 weeks of each other. Tread separation on both. 2nd tire did $10,000 worth of damage to our truck. Beware if you try Goodyear.

My wife and I are from a little town of Genoa, Ohio. We were taking a beautiful drive on the Ohio turnpike going east to Marionville, PA to spend a weekend with some friends. During our drive, we were experiencing a thump with the right side around the tired area. as we drove farther the noise progressed. We decided to get off the turnpike and head to the nearest Tire center which happened to be in Boardman, OH. As we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. Told them we may have a tire issue please check it out. They drove the vehicle in the shop right away and within minutes they came back and said there was 4 lug nuts out of 5 that were very loose. this was causing the tire to run rough on the highway. They checked the threads on the drum and nuts and they were fine, They tightened the lug nuts checked all the tires and all seem fine. They brought the vehicle out, gave me the keys and said you're ready to go, I asked what the cost would be and they generously said no charge. We were so impressed by Goodyears service, kindness, and knowledgeable personal that we wanted to share this exceptional experience with there corporate. We thank Bill for getting us in quickly and Tony who walked the whole ordeal for us. Professional , kind, helpful. They define the meaning of professional service. Thank you Boardman. Ohio for taking care of us !!!!!

Be aware of any Goodyear tire made in 2020. They will pull hard to the left.
