2 months agoWent there for a 1 hour flight in a Cessna 172 with my grandpa I've never been in any plane until that time. I absolutely loved it! very clean building staff were nice! the flight was really good the pilot flying was incredibly nice! He even let me fly the plane a little bit which was fun! That flight made me wanna learn how to fly I'm coming here next year to start flight school! Thank You Harvs Air for giving me an amazing experience first time in a plane and for inspiring me to learn how to fly because of that experience I highly recommend anyone that wants to ride as a passenger to go for a ride to go here to St. Andrews airport!

a month agoI have heard many great things about Harv's Air and their ground school for PPL and CPL. Not only pilots from Canada but also from the states. They surely lived up to the expectations and I highly recommend. The ground school is very thorough and the practice exams are very similar to the Transport Canada exam. The website and videos are very user friendly. The online ground school also meant that you can manage your own pace based on your availability. Compared to traditional in person ground school, you can rewatch lectures, watch at accelerated speed, rewind and post questions anytime (with very quick responses).

a week ago(This is a review for Harv's Air online training at pilottraining.ca ONLY. There are other reviews of the flight school itself, just keep scrolling.) I aced my Transport Canada exams by using Harv's online courses at pilottraining.ca. Even for a 20-quesiton exam like mine, there were about 40 hours of video, tons of material, lots of quizzes and they covered every single base in full depth. There were sections named "Must Know" with topics almost guaranteed to be in the exams. Sure enough, almost every single one of them showed up on my exam. The videos were just excellent, leaving no stone unturned. Of course your personal effort plays a major role in your success, but if you choose pilottraining.ca I can't see how a person can fail an exam if proper attention is given. At least not because a topic wasn't clearly explained. Of course, come exam time you may second guess yourself (I did it and missed some questions), but when I went to double check it, the explanation was there, in full, clear as clear can be. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend pilottraining.ca for your written exams.

2 months agoHarv's Air Service is the host company of pilottraining.ca, which helped me to prepare for the written exam of the CPL. The online instruction was excellent! It helped me to pass with flying colours. A big thank you to these guys, it was fantastic!
