4 months agoI can only speak for the collaborative nursing program ran with Lakehead university. The teachers and professors were top notch, taking the time to explain complicated concepts to me when needed, never talking down to us or making us feel as though our questions were silly or stupid. Overall it was a very welcoming and accepting learning environment, and I only have good things to say about this College.

a month agoI am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of response to the appointments I have scheduled for consultation as a Confederation College student. This is the third time I've tried to secure a meeting, and no one has shown up. I find it quite disrespectful that no one attended the meeting, and if there were any issues, it would have been professional to inform me in advance so we could reschedule. Frankly, this, among other issues regarding the quality of the college's services and treatment of students, has left me disappointed, and I am hesitant to recommend Confederation College in the future.

4 years agoGreat college. Staff's are polite and friendly. It's a good college for international students. International office is very active. You can get your question answered very quickly. They respond very quickly. Main building is known as Shuniah Building. Most of the offices are here. Classes are conducted in different buildings such as Shuniah, MacIntyre. Food Court is managed by Sodexo. You can get quality food. But it's a bit expensive. ( International students, cook your own food) College provides accommodation in Sibley Residence. It's a good one. But you can't cook food here. Students can stay here temporary in the first weeks and can opt to stay here permanently. A new wellness center is opened recently. It's a very good gym. It's free for students.

a year agoWell known college at thunder bay. Welcoming international students have lot of courses are offering. Public transportation available in front of the college. In the campus lot of part time opportunities are there.
