2 months agoThe customer service is horrendous. I've been waiting over 3 weeks to find out the cost to use drone deploy with my skydio 2. They have sent me a survey twice, which I filled out. I had a question about some batteries I purchased. If you are a normal paying customer, they have no interest in you. You have to purchase their Enterprise programs for better customer service. DJI has better customer service than skydio. That is pretty pathetic

a year agoI got an update notice and ignored cause I was loosing day light. I flew just fine that day till dark. Obviously I updated everything that night. Now no matter what battery I put in I get this notice(See Photo) all 3 batteries after an update. I contacted customer service and was told the batteries are too old. They continue to tell me they don't recycle thier batteries and they won't replace them and I would have to buy new ones. More like thier update grounded my drone. Their batteries have a mearly one year warranty.

6 months agoCompetes in unethical conduct by interfering with legislative process and instilling fear in consumers, misleading and falsifying information to congress and legislative leaders. This company is doing this because they cannot fairly compete in a market dominated by DJI which leads in UAS technology. DO NOT USE SKYDIO PRODUCTS!!

2 years agoThis is a great team who always puts their customers first! I have been flying my Skydio drones for 2 years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. They are always working to improve their drones and always listen to customer feedback. I wouldn’t want to fly any other drone!
