The parcel had been sitting at their facility for a couple of months and Brett contacted us to let us know. His attention to detail was impressive as he worked to get it returned to us quickly. Brett went above and beyond to sort out the issue even though it wasn’t their problem. He was a pleasure to deal with and we are very thankful. Proponent is lucky to have him.

2 months agoDo not come here, do not work here they don’t treat their employees with respect nor professionalism, they have double standards and only apply certain rules to certain employees yet fire the hard workers because the guevons are a bunch of gossip girls. I know someone who worked there and they only missed a little bit of time and always showed up on time. i don’t know what’s wrong with the management here but they need to get their act together and step up and stop the high school bs and do their job.

8 months agoAbsolutely unbelievably shocking service that typifies all things that fail when you go online and automate. Right form the start: miss-quotes, incorrect information supplied, lost emails, internal miscommunications by their staff, leaving ourselves facing a line down with our customer and no clarity on when we will receive the goods. Do yourself a favour and find an alternative supply.
