2 weeks agoAvoid this company and their services. I purchased WiFi on an American Airlines international flight and the WiFi did not work whatsoever. It was unusable the entire flight. I contacted their customer support requesting a refund and they denied it.

11 months agoPanasonic Data Breach Notification Delay Exposes Consumers for a Year before notifying - Unacceptable! As someone who values data privacy and trusted Panasonic Avionics, I'm beyond disappointed by their recent data breach notification. On December 14, 2022, their systems were compromised, exposing user information including ssn, dob, dl#, everything needed to cause damage. But here's the shocking part: **affected individuals weren't notified until a full year later, on December 14, 2023.** **One year of unnecessary risk.** I, along with countless others, were left in the dark about a potential compromise to our sensitive information. We could have taken crucial steps to protect ourselves, like freezing credit lines, but were denied that chance due to Panasonic's inexcusably delayed notification. **Industry standards demand better.** Data breaches happen, but responsible companies typically notify affected individuals within 90 days, allowing them to take immediate action. This one-year delay is not only unacceptable, it's a clear violation of consumer trust and potentially a breach of data breach notification laws. **@Ken, a public call to action.** This delay wasn't just careless, it was irresponsible. To the CEO, Ken, I thought more of you than this long delay and careless behavior of our data. **A wake-up call for everyone.** This incident highlights the importance of data security practices and the need for swift notification in case of breaches. **Demand accountability.** Panasonic needs to be held accountable for this egregious delay. Fines and legal action are necessary to send a clear message that consumer data cannot be treated so lightly. **Share your story and spread awareness.** If you were affected by this breach, speak up! Share your story and join the calls for accountability. Let's make sure this never happens again, and no one has to wait a year to learn their data might be compromised. **#PanasonicDataBreach #UnacceptableDelay #ProtectOurData**
