7 years agoI have bought an ebook which is called : LEED Green Associate Exam Preparation Guide ATP eTextbook. Before purchasing, I had asked them about any problem that I might face with downloading or using the eTextbook. They told me that it won't have any problem and you can use the eTextbook very easy. I have bought it 6 months ago, but I have used it just for 3 days, because: 1- I had to use it only on one computer. When you set it up on one computer, you won't be able to set it up on another one too. 2- Unfortunately I changed my windows and couldn't set it up again on the same laptop. They have very very bad and poor support at American technical publisher. I have sent them more than 15 emails, nobody have solved my problem yet !!!

8 years agoI wanted to compliment American Technical Publishers. We purchased the LEED-GA Exam Prep Guide e-book from them. We had some issues due to ignorance on our side and ATP was very professional and patient with us. They went above and beyond in my opinion.
