a month agoGreat place. They taught me to fly, then years later I came in just for a glass of water on my walk and they let me just chill and look at the planes for a while before continuing my walk 🫶

a year agoFantastic! Extremely friendly and helpful. Super knowledgeable. 100 LL priced $1.00 lower than competitor. Insisted on driving us to air and space museum on the other side of the field and then hosted a barbecue (every 6 weeks or so), while refusing all offers of payment. NOAA sectionals for sale (you rarely see that any more!). I cannot say enough good things about Golden State Aviation.

6 years agoAwesome people with no b.s. attitude about flying. Dont think that no b.s. means no fun, quite the opposite! I had my first intro flight with Rick and it was a blast, but you can tell each of the cfi's takes the job and the safety of you, themselves, and the aircraft very seriously. Getting in the plane with them you know your safe and in good hands. HIGHLY recommend coming here for an experience you will never forget.
