7 months agoExcellent staff, was able to reach after hours and coordinate maintenance on our aircraft for 6am the next morning. Although they didn't have a maintenance person available, they went out their way to help find someone on field who was able to get us a timely departure. Beautiful FBO with amazing art, business center and snacks. Highly recommend.

This was no small feat that was pulled together in a matter of minutes, not hours; NO other company could do that! Our sincere thanks to Jeff and Benita for putting it together with flight plans and clearances, as well as having fuel trucks in place and waiting to eliminate any delays. Incredible appreciation for the First-Class Professionalism with personal touches from Captains Al and Morten who made sure our friend made it on time to be with his family. 4 years agoDesert Jet is our top FBO for the Palm Springs area for a lot of reasons. Great facility, safety culture and pricing. Also, and added bonus is the fact that they have maintenance on site with a very knowledgeable team lead by Jonathan Schaedig. We have had some maintenance issues while in Thermal with our Citation Bravo and Jonathan has always taken great care of us.

7 years agoUnprofessional staff, expensive fuel & consistently trying to steal away customers from other FBOs by running around on the ramp & waving in madness, making you stop just to tell you that you are not at the FBO you wanted but can't take service from them on their ramp. Staff does not listen to CTAF announcement for taxi to certain FBO, just makes you get to their ramp. Even after telling them you don't want to use their service because you have a contract with a different FBO but are unfamiliar with the airport they keep following & asking you to take their services. Bad experience, will only be using other FBOs when flying into KTRM again.

6 years agoOne of my best FBO experiences ever. I fly approximately 400 hours a year for my business. They currently have a temporary facility but their service is incredible. I departed KSMO with a squat switch that had been broken by Atlantic because the line guys exceeded the turn deflection on tow. Did not know this until I was at 500 feet turning to 265 over the pacific trying to deal with SoCal departure and gear that would not come up. This was Saturday and I guess A&Ps don’t work on Saturday in Southern California. I am empathetic to this but it was frustrating. I tried 20 shops before these guys responded. I grinded over with fixed gear and they fixed my squat switch, fueled me with inexpensive Jet A positive and filled my snack drawer with treats. All in under an hour. Can’t wait to go see them again for Cochilla.
