3 months agoPrecisei trocar um presente, não tinha NF pois era um presente mas o calçado estava na caixa com etiqueta, novo, mesmo assim a atendente não aceitou a troca. Pediu telefone, CPF da pessoa que me deu o presente e até data da compra para mim. Extremamente burocráticos. Péssima experiência.

a year agoEntrei em contato no dia 27/11/23, às 15h58, através do WhatsApp para fazer uma compra. Confirmaram que havia o produto em loja, pediram meu CPF, dispensei o produto de outra pois já estava dando andamento com a loja do cidade São Paulo, aguardando o link para o pagamento (última mensagem recebida as 21h10). Nunca me retornaram e hoje me dizem que não tem o produto em estoque e somente pelo site. Não faz o menor sentido a loja disponibilizar venda pelo whatsapp se não conseguem se organizar para isso. Agora pelo site além do produto ter mudado de valor (pois até ontem estava com desconto maior), agora não vai chegar mais dentro do prazo viável para o evento que iria usar.
