Thanks, Nick, for a most enjoyable flight this afternoon. We enjoyed every moment a felt great about being in your very capable hands. Marley had an amazing experience that he will never forget Thank you
It was a while ago in a dark night, but wants to say something, because it really frighten me out. I was escorting a passenger walking pass RVAC ramp, suddenly a loud engine start noise probably 15m at front left of me, we’re definitely in a safe distance but starting engine at night without call out, no beacon, no flash in landing light no nothing was concerning… what has more pissed me off was I walk to a instructor or student from rvac next to another aircraft, I basically asked him like “ohh don’t they start with some lights on? Or call clear prop” he replied me: what do you want? On the checklist we start first THEN lights on. I’m like ok fine~
Didn’t want to question about RVAC’s professionalism, nobody was hurt everything’s fine, and I’ve heard good things about the school too. But to me after that night I would stay away..
I don't write many reviews but I should have written this review time ago.
I had my BAK and PPL theory completed and passed with the assistance of Theory Instructor Ms Deborah Fanning, she have a very great passion for aviation and high skills in teaching, she will ensure you will understand where you most need until you get it through.
Thanks Deborah for your help and for inspiring my journey into aviation.
Great instructors, spoke to Corey. He spent a lot of time with me going through the course and what RVAC is all about. Other schools wont spend the time with you.
Easily the best hire planes in Victoria - all well maintained and plenty of options. Great club atmosphere and discounts at the bar/cafe/dining room. Great instructors as well - very friendly
