2 months agoI had booked a one time flying experience with Amber in July. The pilot was really good and polite. However I am rating it 2 for the experience I had with the receptionist (Priya) I reckon. When I called to enquire about the service they provide. She did not clearly explain me any of it. And when I said I want one time flying experience. She just mentioned "yeah we provide that and also a certificate along with it" but I did not get any certificate. Later I was told certificate is only for the one who take classes. There was a wrong Information provided here. Even with the jet selection pilot mentioned there are different jets if we opt for one time flying experience and we can choose it. Priya did not mention that either. And it's not over yet. After our discussion She sent me a link in a message to make a payment. I did not had any acknowledgement for my payment confirmation. No message, no email nothing. I had to call multiple times for a week to get it confirmed. Since she wasn't available on call. Over all there wasn't a good customer service and keeness to answer all the customer questions.

5 years agoAmazing place for joy rides around Melbourne city as well as getting your plane license. They have wide collection of aircrafts too. Very co-operative staff.
