I chose this place to provide my husband an introductory flight lesson for his birthday. The very first and subsequent phone call for confirmation I made to this place were answered by a well mannered, helpful and kind man. Good start. Our pilot, Colton, was awesome. He gave my husband a lot more control over the plane than I certainly anticipated. For someone as subdued as my husband, I know the experience was amazing because he talked about it the whole rest of the day. The pricing for the lesson was incredibly reasonable. Don’t know if I’ll ever be able to top the experience. Thanks guys
Helpful front desk! The lobby areas is showing its age but serves its purpose well. I took my sUAS 107 written test here and passed! I was in a small room next to a conference room and i could hear everything. Was distracting.
I spoke to the parts department about having a Stratus ADS out transponder shipped to them and forwarded to an avionics shop at another airport. They agreed orally and I sent them my contact information, email and cell phone. When the part arrived, they refused delivery, never calling or inquiring about the delivery. Sent the part back to the vendor. When I called to ask why they had done that, they back peddled even though he could remember our original conversation and agreement. I would never do business with them again. Communication is sorely lacking.........
Went there to take an FAA written exam. Test proctor was very unhelpful and unprofessional. I subsequently contacted the FAA and received approval.
Ultimately tested with same credentials at CAE (also on Falcon Field) who were extremely professional and I highly recommend.
