The Captain Eurico, First Officer Michael, Nurse Cynthia and Paramedic Micah were literal Angels to me and my son (who had a horrific car crash and crushed his spinal cord) on our flight from Ft Myers to Chicago! I was kept abreast of the arrangements by Emily and the crew throughout my entire trip. Everyone was super supportive, accommodating and reassuring to us, in the most traumatic time of our lives. I cannot thank the staff at Angel MedFlights enough for your compassion and your gift of an Angel Flight that was desperately needed. Top notch service and experience for transporting my dad from AZ to WA. The concierge team facilitated communication with the discharge planner at the hospital and the skilled nursing facility to which he was headed. Communication was very thorough throughout all phases with no surprises. They bent over backwards to assist. Highly recommend!

If you have a loved one with special medical needs and cannot travel via commercial airlines, this is hands down THE BEST service to use. THANK GOD this service is available! It is every bit worth the cost. My 87 yrs. old mother is wheelchair bound and my primary focus was that she travel in comfort. The crew arrived at our home as scheduled ON TIME. We traveled from New Mexico to Maryland in June 2023 and the crew took SUCH GREAT CARE of me and my mom. They were extremely attentive to her needs; gently loaded/unloaded her on/off the plane with such great care; made sure she was comfortable throughout the flight; tracked her vital signs throughout the flight and provided the printout which was very helpful when we provided it to her new Drs.; provided a delicious lunch when we stopped to refuel; and at 550 mph the flight was smooth and took about 5 hrs. which included refueling. They went above and beyond to accommodate my mom's wheelchair. The service and crew (Benjamin, Christopher, Christain, Samuel, Alyse) was EXCEPTIONAL, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. I can't say enough about this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Angel MedFlight. There aren't enough stars to rate the exceptional service they provided.

When my sister and I first contemplated this idea we thought we were crazy to think we could transfer our102 yr old, bedridden aunt from NY to Florida. Your team not only proved us wrong, you gave my aunt such a special gift of improved quality of life that I don't know where to start. From Alanna and Thomas, to everyone I spoke to on the phone, to the Medical team that took us from the home to JFK (special shoot out to Brett for keeping my aunt calm in the ambulance by making funny faces back at her when she gave him stink eye) and John, and the team that flew us and transported us to Ponte Verdra Gardens (Russ and Mike were great at not only keeping my aunt calm, but they do a great job keeping the anxious relative calm as well) I really can't thank them all enough.

Wonderful people and service in flight, but now I need help with documentation for a claim and their headquarters office has ignored me, despite multiple calls, for two months. They were very eager to take my $42K for the flight, but they don’t care enough to help me afterward. Oh, the plane was pretty ratty inside, but the crew was wonderful and they got us where we needed to go.
